OPI's Happy Couple pack for Mother's Day swatches and review

Hello ladies! Tomorrow is Mother's Day and OPI have released the cute The Happy Couple Mother's Day pack which would be a great present for any polish loving mum! If you've left it until the last minute to get your mum a present this pack would be a great idea - it consists of two pink OPI shades and a cosmetic bag. I had meant to get these swatched earlier but time ran away from me as usual!

Passion is a soft pink nude. It's a great palette cleanser shade and was actually one of the 1st OPI polishes I ever bought many moons ago! Passion is similar to It's a Girl and Bubble Bath. In real life it's slightly more pink than in my swatches. 3 thin coats is pictured.

Pompeii Purple is a magenta pink with purple microshimmer through it. It's a gorgeous colour! It's super opaque too and 1 thick coat would suffice if you're careful. 2 coats is pictured below.

Overall: Two great staple OPI shades to treat your mum too with the added bonus of a cute cosmetic bag! Passion is a great nude shade and Pompeii Purple is a great bright. My mum prefers to wear nude shades but Pompeii Purple isn't too in your face so a really nice way to introduce brighter shades. Both applied well with the easy to use OPI Prowide brush and dried quickly.
